Is there a self hosted version / installable / on-premise version of Deeptent's
Deeptent is a strong web advocate company. We don’t plan to offer an internally hosted
version of Deeptent.
Is the free plan truly free?
Yes, Deeptent's free plan is truly free at $0 monthly. It is NOT a gimmick to entice our
customers to use now and remove the free plan in hope our customers will pay. It is truly
intended to be free.
How do I know which plan is right for me?
Always start with the free plan. This is the advice we give to all our customers. This
guiding principle applies to whatever software ("SaaS") you are considering. Use it daily
until you see the value it brings to your business then go for the premium plan.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Note that we do not provide prorated
refunds for downgrades or cancellations. This means that if you downgrade or cancel before
the end of your billing period, you still pay for the remainder of the month.
What kind of support will I receive?
Priority support and dedicated support are for premium and enterprise plans customers,
respectively. Priority support means that we provide our customers with email and case
ticket support provided. For dedicated support, our customers get priority support plus
phone and on-site support; subjected to reasonable usage.
How reliable is Deeptent's software?
Deeptent's software leverages on Google's software products / platform, namely Angular
(application platform) and
Firebase. The sign-in
authentication are provided as part of Google's platform. Your password is NOT visible to
